24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows will be charged 100% of the out-of-pocket cost of the scheduled treatment.
This policy is in place to cover the cost of time reserved specifically for you, which often cannot be filled on short notice.
It is both illegal and unethical to bill your insurance company for missed appointments. Therefore, the financial responsibility for missed appointments falls solely on the patient.
Requests to bill insurance for missed appointments will result in termination of the provider-patient relationship.
